ROPE

Rope is a provocative exhibit that unites all people and reminds us that every single living thing is important and that everything matters. Rope a photographic mixed media, narrative art exhibit, that captures the deep and meaningful connection between human beings. Ultimately answering the question “does it really matter?”.

Rope was created by two 13 year old artists, Jack McNamara and Alexander Tutaj. The creative duo that refer to themselves as JaJ combine elegant photography to whimsical acrylics pours, spray paint, and colorful freestyle painting, to create a mixed media narrative exhibit that breathes new life into the forgotten short film concept, The Rope, written by Barbara Centrella.

The Rope portray’s how we are all connected. Ingeniously revealing that all of humanity is mysteriously intertwined, and that everything really does matter.

The young visionaries work is a kaleidoscopic journey of color and form that resonates with Newtons laws of inertia; how every object, every thought and every action has a reaction or a consequence. Yes, anything and everything we do or don’t do makes a difference. Everyone and everything matters.
